ORDER DETAILS

1) Quantity:
MOQ is 100 PCS per style per color.
Less than MOQ is acceptable with surcharges, but quantity must be more than 50PCS per style per color. We are very flexible however!

2) Colours:
Any colors are available, but the best to be as per in color cards, custom colors will be impossible to get if bulk quantity is small.

3) Sizes:
Any sizes(2XS-4XL) are available but measurements should be provided by customers.

4) Samples:
Proto samples are free when bulk orders placed and quantities more MOQ;
PP sample can be sent before production for confirmation if necessary, but samples will be double charged; Shipment samples can be sent before delivery for confirmation if necessary, but samples will be as part of bulk.

PAYMENT TERMS

1) T/T, Western Union, Paypal are priorities. Other payment terms need to be discussed.
2) 30% deposit before bulk production, and balance should be paid before shipment.

PACKAGING

1) 1 PC in 1 poly bag, about 30-100 PCS in one carton, depends on styles.

2) Carton spec is 58cmx40cmx42cm or similar. Standard export carton marks or customized. Carton sizes can be as per required, special packing costs will be charged.

SHIPPING

1) Shipping costs should be covered by customers unless goods are faulty.

2) Timely delivery: 4-7 days for sampling, 15-40 days for production, we will inform customers ahead if delivery time can't be caught.

3) Shipment terms of EXW, FOB, CRF and CIF are accepted. Shipped by air, express and sea can be arranged.

GUARANTEE & REFUND

1) All goods will be guaranteed high quality, no bad materials, no shrinkage, no stains, no oil marks, no broken holes, no yarn drawn, no out of toleration, no rough packing and so on;
Quality requirements should be clarified before cooperation.

2) Customers' designs are copyrighted for customers, no designs will be released without permission.

3) Faulty goods will be avoided to send, or we will make refund.
